New Image In Racine Co. Jane Doe Case
The Racine County Sheriff’s Office has received a new facial reconstruction photo for the unidentified "Jane Doe" homicide victim found in a Raymond cornfield in July 1999. The facial reconstruction artist from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) updated and prepared attached photo. The photo is suggestive of what the victim may have looked like and not an exact depiction.The unidentified woman was white, between the ages of 18 and 30, 5-foot-8, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown or hazel eyes. She had poor dental work and possibly two protruding front teeth. Both of woman’s ears were double-pierced. She did not appear to have any scars or tattoos.
